 Mei Lin
graduated from Monash University, Melbourne with degrees in Law and
Economics. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1992. She
practices Banking and Commercial Litigation. She has handled various
applications, trials and appeals before the Courts of all levels
from the magistrates' Courts to the Federal Courts of Malaysia,
representing banks, leasing & hire purchase companies, Credit Card
Companies and others.
Mei Lin has also done extensive research and given legal opinions on
matters relating to guarantees, performance bonds, bank's
securities, limitation of actions, claims, Islamic banking
and banker customers relationships.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (England).
